All military personnel transitioning out of the service go through the same fundamental stages. These stages can be divided into the following seven different phases: Self-Assessment, Exploration, Skills Development, Intern Programs, Job Search, Job Selection, and Support.

The course lays the foundation of the transition from military to civilian life. This workshop provides an introduction to the essential tools and resources needed to evaluate career options, gain information for civilian employment, and understand the fundamentals of the employment process.
You will have four different classes you are required to take: SFL-TAP Overview (1/2 Day) Financial Planning Workshop (1/2 Day) Department of Labor Employment Workshop / Vocational Workshop (explained later) (3 Days)
