1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the General Message (ICS 213) in the editor.
2. In the 'Incident Name' field, enter the name assigned to the incident. This step is optional.

9. For approval, fill in your name, signature, and position/title in the 'Approved by' section.
10. If applicable, complete the 'Replied by' section with details of who is responding to your message along with their signature and date/time.
