General message 2025

1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the General Message (ICS 213) in the editor.
2. In the 'Incident Name' field, enter the name assigned to the incident. This step is optional.
3. Fill in the 'To' section with the name and position of the intended recipient, ensuring to include at least their first initial and last name.
4. Complete the 'From' section with your name and position, following the same naming convention as above.
5. Enter a clear subject for your message in the designated field.
6. Input the date of your message using the format month/day/year.
7. Record the time of your message using a 24-hour clock format.
8. In the 'Message' section, concisely write out your content, specifying any services needed from the options provided.
9. For approval, fill in your name, signature, and position/title in the 'Approved by' section.
10. If applicable, complete the 'Replied by' section with details of who is responding to your message along with their signature and date/time.
