You must list and provide your unofficial transcript for every post-secondary institution where you were enrolled \u2014 or are currently enrolled \u2014 in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. Stanford considers unofficial transcripts to be sufficient for the review process.
We require an official high school transcript, a school report form and recommendation from your counselor and letters of recommendation from two teachers.
Third parties can request transcript credentials through Parchment . A signed permission release is required.
We recommend that you simply self-report your highest scores in the testing section of the application. You can also have official scores sent to Stanford, but this is not required for us to review your application.

To request your official transcript, go to the Student tab on Axess. Under the "Academics" section, choose "Request Official Transcript" from the menu. You can find more detailed instructions with screenshots on the Registrar's site.
