How to use or fill out nb ei connect with our platform

- Begin by filling out your personal information, including your last name, first name, and Social Insurance Number (SIN). Ensure all fields are completed accurately.
- Indicate whether you have an active EI claim by selecting 'Yes' or 'No'. If 'No', provide the date of your application for EI.
- Confirm your residency status in New Brunswick and whether you are enrolled in a full-time post-secondary education program. If not, refrain from submitting the application.
- Complete the Client Agreement section by reading and signing it at the bottom of page 8. Make sure to date your signature.
- Fill out the Client Consent Form on page 10, ensuring you understand how your personal information will be used and disclosed.
- Attach any required documents, such as proof of enrollment from your training institution, before submitting your application to your local WorkingNB Office.
