What Does a CCHT Do? A Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) monitors patients as they undergo dialysis treatment for kidney disease or other kidney illnesses.
The CCHT exam contains 150 questions and must be completed in 180 minutes. A correct response rate of no less than 74% is required to pass the exam.
Your completed application, appropriate forms, copies of supporting materials, and fee must be submitted at one time. The initial certification is effective for three years from the last day of the month in which the applicant passed the examination. Certification must be renewed every three years.
