Your electronic I-94 record should be printed immediately after arrival. Nonimmigrants who arrive in the United States by crossing a land border may still continue to receive a paper I-94 card.
You can retrieve a copy online. To obtain your Form I-94 record, go to CBPs Form I-94 Web page and agree to the terms listed on the page. You will be directed to the Form I-94 information page. Enter your name, date of birth and passport information to retrieve your Form I-94.
If you are traveling by air or sea, a Customs and Border Protection officer will issue you an electronic I-94 at your point of entry during the admission process. If you are traveling by land, you can apply for an I-94 in person at your point of entry.
The law levies the new $24 Form I-94 fee on any individual who submits an application for a Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record. It is not clear what is meant by submits an application, but this will likely apply to inviduals who enter the United States by land (who already pay a $6 I-94 fee - see 8 CFR 103.7(d)(4))
Generally, it takes four to 10 months for the USCIS to process Form I-924, but processing times vary. After the form is processed, the USCIS may still request additional information. Once a business gains USCIS designation as a regional center, it must file Form I-924A each year to maintain this status.
