Both were founded at Howard University, a historically Black university in Washington, D.C. One of Omegas founders, Prof. Frank Coleman, while a student at Howard, dated and later married, Edna Brown Coleman, one of the founders of Delta, and thus the beginning of the bond between the Ques and the Deltas.
