If you would like to talk to National University about enrolling in a credential program please contact 1-800-NAT-UNIV and ask for the Admissions Department in your area.
With a GPA of 3.6, UNH requires you to be above average in your high school class. Youll need at least a mix of As and Bs, with more As than Bs. You can compensate for a lower GPA with harder classes, like AP or IB classes.
A 2.2 cumulative GPA is required for regular admission. GPAs below 2.2 can be considered for admission on a provisional basis. Youll also send a final high school transcript after graduation. Students who have completed the GED need to forward a copy of their scores to the Admissions Office.
Most colleges like to see unweighted GPAs of 3.0 or above, but many will accept passing GPAs of 2.0 or above (a C average). If your GPA is hovering around 2.0 or sitting below 2.0, you want to do everything you can to raise your average.
If you can, make your request in person. This will make the request personal, respectful, and responsible. Practice what youre going to say beforehand. The request should be heartfelt, and tell them how youve enjoyed their instruction and guidance, and how you would be honored if they wrote you a letter.
