Click ‘Get Form’ to open the aru event application in the editor.
Begin by entering the 'Event Name' and the 'State/Territory' where the event will be conducted. This information is crucial for proper identification and approval.
In the 'Event Category & Estimated No. Of Teams' section, specify the number of teams for each category: Seniors (Men/Women) and Juniors/Schools (Boys/Girls). Ensure accuracy as this impacts your application.
Select the 'Event Type' from options like 15 a side competition or VIVA7s gala day. This helps define the nature of your event.
Fill in the 'Event Duration and Event Date/s', providing specific dates for one-off matches or multi-day tournaments to ensure clarity on scheduling.
Complete venue details under 'Event Venue(s)', including primary and additional venues, ensuring all addresses are correct for logistical purposes.
Provide information about the Event Organiser, including registered name, contact details, and insurance status. Attach necessary documents as required.
Finally, ensure that all signatories authorize the application by providing their names, signatures, and dates before submitting it to your respective State/Territory Union.
