Official transcripts are issued for purposes of transferring, graduate school, employment, scholarships, etc. Unofficial transcripts are not suitable for these purposes and are simply for the students reference.
Complete one form for each transcript requested. 2. Return completed form(s) to your campus Cashiers Office, where you will pay a $15.00 fee for each transcript requested. If you are currently enrolled, you must present your SCCC ID card in order for your request(s) to be processed.
