SRP Level 1 should be completed at the unit level; SRP Level 2 is most often completed at an established location with identified stations. The SRP consists of several different examinations, evaluations, and interviews.
Key Components. SRP 1 includes personnel records update, medical history review and screening, immunizations, dental screening, logistics and supply, and training documentation. Specific items within each area are outlined on DA Form 7425 which specifies if the requirement is for a deployment or not.
