1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the yadapp application in the editor.
2. Begin by filling out the Applicant Information section. Enter your first and last name, home address, college address, and contact numbers accurately.
3. Provide your primary email and birthdate. Make sure to select your current grade level and T-shirt size from the options provided.
4. In the Work Schedule Information section, indicate whether you foresee any reasons preventing you from attending the pre-conference training by selecting 'Yes' or 'No'. If 'Yes', provide an explanation.
5. Complete the Youth Leader Acknowledgement by signing your name and entering the date. If under 18, ensure a parent/guardian also signs.
6. Answer the four short answer questions thoughtfully in the Applicant Short Answers section. You may type directly into the boxes or use a separate piece of paper if needed.
7. Attach a recent picture of yourself in the designated area and ensure it is labeled correctly if others are present in the photo.
8. Review all sections for accuracy before printing your application. Ensure that recommendation forms are included and sealed as required.
