Essential Job Duties The LCO responds to prevailing wage questions/concerns/matters that may arise from contractors and construction workers. The LCO ensures the proper reporting of prevailing wages, fringe benefits, apprentice utilization and resolution of employee wage violations.
GOALS OF THE LABOR COMPLIANCE PROGRAM The LCS monitors and enforces the proper reporting of prevailing wages, fringe benefits, apprenticeship utilization, and the resolution of worker wage violations.
