The Transcript Request Form is available outside of the Registrars Office and on the colleges website at . Requests should be mailed to: Registrars Office - Transcripts, Capital Community College, 950 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06103 or faxed to: 860-906-5119.
Students should log in to WebCentral-Banner Web and navigate to Student Services - Registration/Records Tab- Transcript Request Ordering. If you do not remember your CCSU e-mail address or password, please visit Accounts Management. Both eTranscripts and paper transcripts can be requested using WebCentral-Banner Web.
You can request transcripts electronically or by mail. If sending transcripts electronically, you must use one of the electronic transcript vendors below. If sending transcripts by mail, they must be mailed directly from your registrar.
To request a transcript, first visit your schools website. You may be able to complete your request online. If your college doesnt offer this service, contact the schools registrars office.
