7. Note if strobe lights will be used and remember to announce this during the performance.
8. Record the team’s signal that indicates their performance is finished in the provided space.
9. Ask team members if they have any final questions and check 'OK' once done.
10. Identify the Head Judge and inform the coach about picking up the team’s score; mark 'OK' when completed.
11. Finally, indicate if the team has exceeded their time limit by checking 'NO' or 'YES', and if applicable, note how many seconds over they went.
