ICAP Service Level ranges - from 1 to 9 and indicates the service need intensity. The lower the score/level the greater the individual need. ICAP Support Level the overall level of support, supervision or training a person may require is determined by their ICAP service level and corresponding support level.
The ICAP Service Score, which ranges from 0 to 100, is indicative of the service intensity required by a client, considering both adaptive and behavior support needs. Although not a simple formula, the Service Score is a weighted combination of approximately 70% adaptive behavior and 30% maladaptive behavior.
