Rating Appeals CLICK HERE to go to the Find a Rating webpage in Tennis Link. Enter your USTA # to find your rating. On the far right of the screen you will now see a link called Appeal Rating. Click on Appeal Rating and enter the requested information. The player will recieve an instant decision.

How do I report someone on USTA?

Reports to the USTA can be made either by: Calling the USTAs reporting hotline at 855-791-1345 (toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada)

How to appeal up USTA?

Log-in to the National USTA website with your credentials. On the upper right corner of the screen, look for NTRP Rating Level and please click the link below where it says Appeal Rating Level ● Please select the up or down button to appeal to the appropriate rating.

How to file a grievance with USTA?

Any grievance alleging a violation by an individual or team during local league competition shall be filed in writing with the Local or District/Area League Coordinator or designee having jurisdiction.
