3. In the form, check the box that corresponds to your purchase amount and financing plan: $50 for purchases between $500-$5,999 with a 12-month plan, $200 for purchases of $2,000 or more with a 24-month plan, or $500 for purchases of $6,000 or more under either financing option.
4. Fill in your personal information including name, address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, and the last four digits of your Toro Credit Card number.
5. Optionally provide your email address to receive updates about your rebate status.
6. Submit the completed rebate form along with your Toro Credit Card receipt within 45 days of purchase via online submission at www.acbincentives.com/tororebate, faxing it to 1-901-345-8812, or mailing it to the specified address.
