1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the veh01 application form in the editor.
2. Begin with Section A1 for Importer Details. Fill in the name of the licensed importer or dealer, along with the authorized representative's name and ID card number.
3. In Section A2, provide your personal details if you are an individual importer. Include your full name, address, and telephone number.
4. Section A3 requires you to enter the year of manufacture and date of importation if applicable.
5. Proceed to Section B1 for Vehicle Details. Indicate whether the vehicle is new, used, or auctioned. Fill in make, chassis number, model, length, color, CO2 emissions, and particulate matter if it’s a diesel engine.
6. If applicable, complete Section B2 for commercial vehicles by detailing body type, number of doors, seating capacity, gross vehicle weight, and axle information.
7. In Section C1 and C2, provide engine details including make and number. If no Certificate of Conformity is available, include mileage and gearbox type.
8. Fill out the registration value in Section D based on declared invoice value and vehicle value for used vehicles.
9. Finally, review Section E for declaration purposes. Sign and date where indicated to confirm that all information is accurate.
