Standard Form LLL (Rev. 7-97) Information requested through this form is authorized by title 31 U.S.C. section 1352. This disclosure of lobbying activities is a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed by the tier above when this transaction was made or entered into.
ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE ❖ California Business and Professions Code section 6009 authorizes the City to require attorneys who qualify as lobbyists to register and disclose their lobbying activities in the same manner and to the same extent as non-attorney lobbyists.
The Lobbyist Certification Statement is used for: Initial certification of an individual who qualifies as a lobbyist, including an individual contract lobbyist. (Commission Regulation 2 Cal. Code of Regs. Section 18239.)
