The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program ( OINP ) allows foreign nationals with the right skills, experience and education to apply for a nomination for permanent residence in Ontario. You can submit an application to the OINP on your own or appoint a paid representative to do so on your behalf.
There are three simple steps to apply for a provincial nomination for Ontario PNP: Step 1: Applicants must make sure that they meet the minimum requirements of the OINP stream they have chosen to apply under. Step 2: After selecting the stream, they must apply for provincial nomination online.
To submit an EOI, create an account on the MPNP Online portal. Once you sign in, select Create an Expression of Interest from the options provided. Please ensure you save a copy of your EOI Summary Report before submitting your EOI. Your profile will be valid for one year from the day you submit it.
Apply to the Government of Canada for permanent residence: If your application is successful and you are nominated by the Ontario government, the next step is to apply for permanent residence through IRCC . The Government of Canada makes the final decision on who becomes a permanent resident.
How Do I Register an EOI for the Ontario PNP? Step 1: Create a profile in the OINP e-Filing Portal. Step 2: Make sure that you are eligible by reading the applicant requirements for the stream youre interested in. Step 3: Register an Expression of Interest (EOI) for one or more streams.
