To receive a new card and PIN you will need to contact your BSP branch. 22. How do I report my lost/stolen KunduCard? Immediately report your lost/stolen card to our Customer Service Centre (phone: 320 1212) or visit any BSP branch.
If your Card is lost, stolen or becomes faulty or damaged, you must notify the Bank in writing by completing the prescribed form to stop the Card and to request a replacement Card. This form must be lodged at any BSP Branch or by contacting BSP using the contact details at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
If you have lost your existing Visa Debit Card, simply call us on 1800 864 864 to arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you. You will then be issued with a new PIN for the card. If you have forgotten the PIN on your Visa Debit Card, you can get a new PIN in a branch or at a mobile office.
