Contract transfer request - The Business Portal 2026

1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Contract transfer request in our editor.
2. Begin by selecting the type of previous customer: Individual, Business, or Deceased. If deceased, attach the Death Certificate and skip to the new customer section.
3. Fill in your ID/Registration number and confirm the cell number allocated under your contract. Acknowledge your intention to transfer this contract by checking the confirmation box.
4. Provide your name, signature, and date at the bottom of the previous customer section.
5. In the new customer section, select whether they are an Individual or Business and provide their ID/Registration number.
6. Confirm consent for the transfer by filling in their name and acknowledging acceptance of all obligations related to the contract.
7. Complete additional information such as current Vodacom price plan, contract expiry date, monthly subscription amount, and current VAS total.
8. Review all entries for accuracy before submitting. Ensure you have included any required credit vetting documents.
