Can anyone request a flyover?
Any agency or organization requesting a flyover or static display must place the request in the Air Force Aerial Events website. The DD Form 2535 must be submitted on time before an event is deemed eligible. Aviation-related events generally need to arrive at SAF/PAY 45 days in advance.
