To activate the license, you must submit a completed DBPR Form (request for change of status) to the DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation). This form can be submitted at the examination site, or submitted to the Division of Real Estate at the DBPR.
To begin using DBPR's online services you will first need to Create an Account. Select \u201cCreate My Account\u201d to begin the one time registration process. login using something other than your e-mail address enter the a user id by entering it in the \u201cOr enter your own user id:\u201d box.
The DBPR generally takes 10 to 30 days to complete the application process, if the application is submitted as complete. The DBPR must complete its process in 90 days or less.
