Oregon National Guard Youth Challenge Program. Located in Bend, the Oregon National Guard Youth Challenge Program (OYCP) is an early intervention program serving 16 to 18 year old male and female high school dropouts. Funding for the program is 75% federal and 25% state.

How long is the Oycp program?

The Graduate Law Program (GLP) is designed for first year law students to participate in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) for two years while in law school. The One-Year College Program (OYCP) is designed for second year law students to participate in AFROTC for one year while in law school.
