MDwise works with the State of Indiana and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to bring you the Hoosier Healthwise and Healthy Indiana Plan health insurance programs.
MDwise is an Indiana nonprofit health maintenance organization started in 1994. We provide high-quality healthcare and education to Medicaid members. MDwise is a provider-owned health plan with a large network of doctors, specialists and hospitals all over the state.
