What are the requirements to get divorced in AZ?

To get divorced in Arizona, at least one spouse must have lived in the state for 90 days before filing, and the marriage must be irretrievably broken (except in covenant marriages). Arizona is a no-fault divorce state, meaning you dont need to prove wrongdoing by either party.

How long does a dissolution of marriage take in Arizona?
