3. Next, provide your date of birth and current address details including city, state, and zip code.
4. In the 'Past Student Information' section, enter your name at the time of attendance along with the dates you attended.
5. Indicate how many copies of your transcript you need and specify whether they should be mailed, held for grades, held for degree confirmation, or picked up.
6. Fill in the 'Send To' sections with the recipient's details including their name and address. Repeat this for multiple recipients if necessary.
7. Finally, review all entered information for accuracy before signing to confirm that you understand transcripts will not be processed if there are outstanding balances or holds on your account.
