The Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) helps parents defray their children's kindergarten fees and is administered by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Does kindergarten have subsidy?

Subsidies for Kindergarteners The Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme is a means-tested kindergarten fee subsidy that makes kindergarten programs more affordable and accessible to children from low-middle income families.

What enhanced KiFAS?

Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) will be enhanced to make preschools more affordable. The Government will raise the gross monthly household income ceiling for AS and KiFAS to $12,000, or $3,000 on Per Capita Income (PCI) basis.

How do you qualify for KiFAS?

Child is a Singapore Citizen and enrolled in an Anchor. Operator (AOP) or Ministry of Education (MOE) kindergarten; Family's gross monthly Household Income (HHI)^ is $6,000. and below, or Per Capita Income (PCI) ^ is $1,500 and below.
