1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Daily Meal Production Record in the editor.
2. Begin by entering the Contracting Entity (CE) information. Fill in the name of your organization, CE ID, site name, site number, and the date meals were served.
3. Move to the Meal Production Information section. Review the pre-printed required food components for each meal type and enter your menu for each service. Remember to document any changes on the day of service.
4. In the Food Items Used field, list each food item as purchased or according to USDA recipes. Ensure you include any CN labels if applicable.
5. Enter the Quantity Used for each food item prepared, using measurable amounts such as ounces or pounds. This must be completed before serving meals.
6. Finally, input both Planned Participation and Actual Participation numbers for enrolled adults, program staff, and non-program participants.
