The USSVI Razorback Base has established an Eagle Scout Recognition Program to honor Eagle Scouts in the Quapaw Area Council. The program includes the presentation of a certificate and a patch, acknowledging the achievements of Eagle Scouts who have overcome significant challenges. Awards are ideally presented at the Eagle Court of Honor by a representative from the Razorback Base, with provisions for mailing if attendance is not possible. An application form is provided for requesting recognition.
