2. Begin by entering your full name in the 'Print Student Name' field at the top of the form.
3. Ensure that all colleges you are applying to are listed on your 'Colleges I’m Applying to' page in Naviance. If not, navigate to the COLLEGES tab in Naviance and add them.
4. Select the delivery type for each college from the icons provided: blue computer icon for electronic transcripts, blue computer icon with CA for Common Application schools, and red stamp icon for paper transcripts.
5. If sending electronically, complete the Privacy notice by selecting 'yes, I do waive my right to access...' and click on FERPA consent.
6. Indicate the number of official transcripts requested in the designated field. Remember, each transcript costs $2.00.
