How do I cancel a one-time request or recurring service with WM? Log in to My WM and click on Order History in the My Services section. Orders are organized into Upcoming, Attempted/Closed or Canceled/Voided. In the Upcoming section, click the order you want to cancel to open the Cancel Request dialogue box.
How do I make a payment to my account? From wm.com, click on Make a Payment near the top of the page. Fill out the information in the Continue As Guest section and click Verify. On the My Payment screen, select a payment method and click Continue. Follow the steps to complete payment.
Pay over the phone Dial 866-964-2729 and follow the prompts to make a payment for a single account. Having your customer ID or service address on hand will make payment easier.
