1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Application for Interleague Play in the editor.
2. Begin by selecting whether you are applying for Baseball or Softball by checking the appropriate box.
3. Next, indicate the Regular Season Division by checking one of the options such as Tee Ball, Juniors, Minors, etc.
4. Fill in the number of regular season players for each age in the applicable division you selected.
5. List the leagues involved in interleague play by entering their names and League ID numbers.
6. Identify up to three leagues that are requesting to combine for tournament play by checking their corresponding boxes.
7. Ensure all blocks are completed; otherwise, your application will not be processed. Review and obtain necessary signatures from the district administrator.
8. Finally, forward the completed application to your district administrator for approval before submitting it to the regional director if a tournament combination is requested.
