- Click ‘Get Form’ to open the Application for Interleague Play in the editor.
- Begin by selecting whether you are applying for Baseball or Softball by checking the appropriate box.
- Next, indicate the Regular Season Division by checking one of the options such as Tee Ball, Juniors, Minors, etc.
- Fill in the number of regular season players for each age in the applicable division you selected.
- List the leagues involved in interleague play by entering their names and League ID numbers.
- Identify up to three leagues that are requesting to combine for tournament play by checking their corresponding boxes.
- Ensure all blocks are completed; otherwise, your application will not be processed. Review and obtain necessary signatures from the district administrator.
- Finally, forward the completed application to your district administrator for approval before submitting it to the regional director if a tournament combination is requested.
