The latest USPS mailing services price changes will take effect on July 13, 2025. The new rates include a 5-cent increase in the price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp from 73 to 78. On average, the changes raise mailing services prices 7.4%. Special services products will also be affected by the new rates.
