Begin by tapping 'Mail' if this is your first email account on your device. If you have existing accounts, navigate to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
Select 'Exchange' from the list of account types.
In the E-mail box, enter your full email address (e.g., your e-ID@dukes.jmu.edu).
Re-enter your full email address in the Username box.
Input your @dukes.jmu.edu email password in the Password box.
Optionally, provide a short description for the account in the Description box.
Tap 'Next' located at the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter your server name in the Server box. To find this, log into your @dukes email at www.outlook.com and check under Help > About for External or Internal POP settings.
After entering the server name, tap 'Next'.
Choose which information you want to synchronize (Mail, Calendar, Contacts) and adjust settings as needed.
'Save' your settings. If prompted for a new passcode, follow instructions to create one.
