7. List all educational institutions attended in chronological order under Educational Background. Ensure to include entry and leaving dates along with degrees awarded.
8. Indicate any standardized tests taken or planned to take in the Standardized Tests section. Provide total scores where applicable.
9. Review all information for accuracy before signing at the end of the application form to certify that all provided information is true.
