This three day diary will give a picture of how your bladder is working and an idea of your fluid intake, the amount of your bladder can hold and often you pee. Each time you have a drink, make a note of how much to drink and at what time.
You will need to keep a diary. On the diary make a note of the times you pass , and the amount (volume) that you pass each time. Also make a note of any times that you leak (are incontinent). Your doctor or nurse may have some pre-printed diary charts for this purpose to give you.
