DocHub and Signable File size limitations comparison FAQ

File size/Upload: Acrobat Sign limits the size of each file uploaded to 10MB. If you attempt to upload a document outside this bound, you get an error under the file that says Upload limit exceeded.
You can upload a maximum of 100 files, and the size of each file must be 100 MB or less.
In signNow, you can customize each template, add and delete different types of fillable fields, and send templates out for signing as many times as you need. The maximum file size per upload is 50 Mb. The same limit applies for attachments uploaded by signers via the signNow editor.
There is a limit of 10MB for the size of the document that can be sent for signature. If you required, you can request to increase the limit for the size of the document.
For best performance, recommends restricting your file uploads to no more than 5 MB. The 25 MB maximum file size limit refers to the maximum size of an individual file uploaded to an envelope. For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB.
Acrobat Sign plans sold as user licenses include 150 transactions per user per year unless otherwise stipulated in your contract.
There is a limit assigned to each service level of the docHub account. Once you docHub the limit, there is no option to increase the transaction limit. If you need to increase the transaction limit, you need to upgrade the service plan. Let us know if you have any questions.
