this is how to password protect a pdf in fox at phantom click on the protect tab at the top click on secure document and select password protect you will check the first option require a password choose a password that you will remember type it twice and hit ok this pop-up just says that you need to save the document first to apply the security so well hit ok and we will click on save and youll see that it now says secured and if we close out and reopen the pdf it will require a password and to remove the password you will go back to the protect tab secure document and click on remove security it says are you sure youll hit ok and its no longer secured but you will need to save it again to keep it that way so once we save it and reopen theres no longer a password needed thanks for watching and i hope this helped
