After completing a task in Excel, you may have empty rows and columns. These blank cells can contribute to the large size of your file. Removing them may help reduce its size. Select the blank rows and columns you intend to delete and click on the Clear command on the home page to delete them.
Common formatting issues when converting Excel to PDF. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document.
