Create your Medco Order Form from scratch

Step 1: Start off by launching DocHub.

Begin by creating a free DocHub account using any available sign-up method. Simply log in if you already have one.

Step 2: Sign up for a free 30-day trial.

Try out the entire set of DocHub's pro tools by signing up for a free 30-day trial of the Pro plan and proceed to build your Medco Order Form.

Step 3: Add a new empty doc.

In your dashboard, select the New Document button > scroll down and hit Create Blank Document. You’ll be taken to the editor.

Step 4: Organize the document’s view.

Utilize the Page Controls icon marked by the arrow to switch between two page views and layouts for more convenience.

Step 5: Begin by inserting fields to create the dynamic Medco Order Form.

Use the top toolbar to place document fields. Insert and configure text boxes, the signature block (if applicable), add photos, and other elements.

Step 7: Finalize and share your document.

Save the completed copy in DocHub or in platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox, or design a new Medco Order Form. Share your form via email or get a public link to engage with more people.
