DocHub and Zoho Sign Renewal comparison FAQ

Manage Subscriptions Go to the profile icon in the top-right and click Manage Subscription. Click Change Edition under Subscription Details on the Payments page. Select the edition and click Upgrade. Click Proceed to Pay. Select the Payment Frequency as Monthly or Yearly.
Go to Settings Preferences Subscriptions.
Login to with your registered email address. Click the Subscription link in the top-right corner. ​You will be redirected to the payment page. In the payment page, click Upgrade under your desired plan to upgrade your Zoho Forms subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any given time by following the below given steps. Hover on Settings in the left navigation pane and click Subscription Details from the drop-down. The Subscription Details page will open. Click the Change Plan button under the Manage Subscriptions menu. Click Cancel the Subscription.
To view your account subscription details, click on Subscription on the top right corner of your account homepage. The subscription page displays your subscribed plan details, like the subscribed plan, subscription ID, recurring details, etc.
To do this: Navigate to Settings Preferences Subscription Management under Customer Portal. Select the Cancellations tab. Check the Cancel Subscriptions option. Choose whether you want to let your customers cancel their subscriptions immediately or on the next renewal. Click Save.
Click to open the contract in the Active state that you want to renew. Click More at the top-right corner of the contract details page, then choose Renew Contract. Enter the details in the Renewal Details form, then click Save and Continue.
