THE VOE IS A GOVERNMENT RECORD AS DEFINED UNDER TEXAS PENAL CODE, 37.01(2). ANY MISREPRESENTATION BY THE APPLICANT OR PERSON ISSUING THE FORM MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR A TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
