  5. If making corrections in Section C, enter corrected information in only one field. If multiple changes are needed or one has already been made in the DES system, cancel this transaction and submit a new DROS.
  6. Finally, sign and print your name at the bottom of the form before mailing it to the Department of Justice Bureau of Firearms.
