How do I close my UMB HSA account?

Or e-mail scanned document to: HSACICenter@umb.com If you are wanting to close your UMB HSA and transfer the dollars to another custodian, you do NOT need to complete this form. Instead, you will need to complete the trustee transfer form required by your new HSA custodian.

Can you withdraw money from UMB Health Savings Account?

You can take a distribution from your HSA at any time. A transfer of funds from your HSA Deposit Account to another investment made available through us is not considered a distribution, and remains part of your HSA custodial account at UMB Bank.
