The Seller Must Provide a properly signed title to the buyer, or a bill of sale in its place. Include an Odometer Disclosure Statement Form (Form 10-313) on vehicles less than ten years old.
The verification shall be conducted by a certified law enforcement officer of any city or county in Arkansas or by the Arkansas State Police or a designee of the Arkansas State Police.
Federal law (and State law, if applicable) requires that the lessee disclose the mileage to the lessor in connection with the transfer of ownership. Failure to complete or making a false statement may result in fines and/or imprisonment.
