You can dump at a waste management/disposal facility (landfills), but its not usually free. Check with your local waste management, sometimes they have discounts for locals or some other programs, otherwise its weight based payment and usually comes with some minimum charge.
Food Only, Please. Food scraps are the only things you should send down the disposal. Keep other materials out, or you risk causing damage no paper, wood, glass or plastic.
