3. Move to Section B, Eligibility of Employer. Confirm that your company meets the SME definition as of January 1, 2016. Fill in details regarding your sector and ensure you meet the specified sales turnover or employee count.
4. In Section C, Company Information, provide your MyCoID, registered name and address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, and contact person’s details.
5. Next, complete the Participant Proposal section. Upload a passport-sized picture and fill in all required fields including name, NRIC, designation, email, phone number, academic qualification, profile summary, job responsibility summary, justification for attending the program, and expectations from the program.
6. Finally, in the Participant Declaration section, write your name clearly and sign. Don’t forget to include your company stamp and date.
